Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Simone Görlach, Solvana Academia, Coaching y Comunidad Intuitiva, Email: inspire@solvana-academia-coaching.com, Tel: 01628795576) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

Special Information on the Right of Withdrawal

1. Services:
   The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the provider has fully performed the service and the customer has expressly agreed that the provider begins the execution of the service before the withdrawal period expires. The customer must acknowledge that they lose their right of withdrawal by giving this consent.

2. Accommodation / Retreats:
   For contracts involving accommodation, retreats, catering, or leisure activities at a fixed date or period, there is no right of withdrawal (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB).

3. Digital Content (e.g., downloads of PDFs, audios, videos, online materials):
   For contracts regarding digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the customer has expressly agreed that the provider begins execution of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period and has acknowledged that this will result in the loss of their right of withdrawal (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB).
