A session typically lasts 60-90 minutes. A few days beforehand, we have an introductory meeting of about 20 minutes, and after about 2-3 weeks there is a follow-up meeting to briefly discuss the changes.
Then something important happens. Emotions show that something within you is being released and stirred. It is precisely there that insights arise which have a lasting impact and enable change.
Completely. Everything you share stays in this space. Even when I'm working with two partners, I strictly adhere to what each person confides in me individually. If a joint conversation would be beneficial, I'll address that openly—always respectfully, always transparently.
Then we'll talk about it openly. Consulting or coaching only works if we're on the same wavelength and you feel comfortable. You decide what suits you best. Our collaboration is an option you're free to choose.
Several sessions give your development the space it needs. In the first few weeks, we meet weekly to build stability, initiate inner processes, and directly address specific situations from your everyday life. Between sessions, you can contact us anytime via WhatsApp or Telegram if you have questions or something is on your mind – this way you stay supported, even outside of the sessions.Over time, your focus will shift. You'll gain confidence, try new things, and take initial steps. Then we'll extend the intervals between sessions to two weeks. This gives you time to gather experience, recognize patterns, and strengthen your own approach, without feeling alone. The support remains close while still allowing you enough space for genuine, lasting change to develop.
There are 3- and 5-session packages available for individual sessions if you prefer flexibility and don't need support between appointments. For more intensive and sustainable development, 3- or 6-month support programs are available. These provide you with the space to deepen your insights, solidify new knowledge, and gradually integrate changes into your daily life.
A communication consultation provides you with structure and concrete input. You'll learn how needs-based parenting works with Nonviolent Communication (NVC), why it's helpful, and how you can apply it practically in everyday life. It gives you guidance, methods, and solutions for specific situations.Coaching , on the other hand, works on a deeper, inner level. It helps you reflect on personal issues, recognize your own patterns, and adopt new perspectives. Instead of just analyzing everything intellectually, you learn to trust your feelings again and act from inner clarity.
